This Privacy Policy applies to MagiCode’s AI pair programmering platform, including the downloadable desktop application (collectively, the “Services”), magicode.ai and other MagiCode websites (collectively, the “Websites”), and other interactions (e.g., customer service inquiries, user feedback, etc.) you may have with MagiCode. If you do not agree with the terms, do not access or use the Services, Websites, or any other aspect of MagiCode’s business.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to any third-party applications or software that integrate with the Services through the MagiCode platform (“Third-Party Services”) or any other third-party products, services, or businesses.

Service Data will be used by MagiCode in accordance with Customer’s instructions, including any applicable terms in the Customer Agreement and Customer’s use of Services functionality, and as required by applicable law.

Data Retention
MagiCode will retain Service Data in accordance with a Customer’s instructions, including any applicable terms in the Customer Agreement and Customer’s use of Services functionality, and as required by applicable law.
MagiCode may retain Other Information pertaining to you for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. This may include keeping your Other Information after you have deactivated your account for the period of time needed for MagiCode to pursue legitimate business interests, conduct audits, comply with (and demonstrate compliance with) legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Identifying The Data Controller And Processor
Data protection law in certain jurisdictions differentiates between the “controller” and “processor” of information. In general, Customer is the controller of Service Data. In general, MagiCode is the processor of Service Data and the controller of Other Information.
Your Rights
You have the right to request access to and obtain a copy of Service Data held about you as well as any Other Information that MagiCode holds about you. If MagiCode receives a request from you to exercise any of the above rights, we may ask you to verify your identity before acting on the request.
